Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be analogous to the thinking process of a human brain. Based on a large number of paradigms we feed into the AI model, AI learns the grading habits of human teachers through the process of deep learning. After continuous revision and learning, the grading criteria will be learned and stored in the neural network. When new test paper appears, AI can process assessment through this neural network.
Using AI to correct compositions and dictations can save manpower and material resources for the education system, improve education efficiency, and allow teachers to focus more on guiding students. Additionally, through the establishment of a big data management system, schools can more effectively use AI for various aspects of assessment, which helps schools to formulate and refine their curricula.
Based on the students’ answers, AI can also analyze the students’ mastery of knowledge, and then implement adaptive teaching by assigning personalized tutorials and homework. Learning thus becomes more efficient and effective. However, these drastic changes that we are experiencing is still only the beginning of the demonstration of the potential that AI possesses.
